Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Sterling Labs website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Description of Services

Sterling Labs provides AI engineering services, including:

  • Custom multi-agent system development
  • Process automation platforms
  • AI-powered internal tools
  • System integration and deployment
  • Ongoing optimization and support

Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual service agreements.

Client Responsibilities

When engaging our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Grant necessary access to systems and data
  • Respond to requests in a timely manner
  • Maintain confidentiality of shared credentials
  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in a service agreement:

  • Custom code developed specifically for your project is owned by you
  • Reusable frameworks and libraries remain the property of Sterling Labs
  • Pre-existing intellectual property remains with its owner

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client data, business processes, and proprietary information. Non-disclosure agreements are available upon request and standard for all engagements.

Data Handling & Security

Our systems are built with enterprise-grade security:

  • SOC 2 Type II compliant infrastructure available
  • HIPAA-ready architecture for healthcare-related projects
  • Data encryption at rest and in transit
  • Role-based access controls and audit logging

Limitation of Liability

Sterling Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, all client data will be returned or destroyed as directed.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice.
